Position Overview
Walmart is hiring Toys Associates to manage merchandise presentation and customer assistance in the Toys department at Supercenter locations. Key Responsibilities
- Stock toy aisles with new merchandise from daily freight, setting up feature displays and end caps per planogram directives.
- Assist customers with toy selection offering age-appropriate recommendations, brand comparisons, and trending toy guidance.
- Set and transition major seasonal toy resets including back-to-school, Halloween, holiday, and spring outdoor toy displays.
- Assemble display models of bicycles, ride-on toys, playsets, and large box items per manufacturer and Walmart standards.
- Maintain toy aisle organization through continuous zoning, package repair, and return-to-shelf processing throughout each shift.
Qualifications & Benefits
