Essential Responsibilities
- Outdoor Hospitality: Provide elite, face-to-face customer service across the entire physical garden center, guiding customers to the perfect patio furniture, seasonal plants, or landscaping supplies.
- Heavy Freight Handling: Execute the demanding physical logistics of the department. You will frequently operate pallet jacks to move heavy bags of soil, mulch, and fertilizer, safely loading them directly into customers' vehicles.
- Live Plant Maintenance: Act as the caretaker of the department. You will meticulously water, prune, and rotate live plants and flowers to ensure the absolute highest quality of fresh inventory is displayed.
- Seasonal Transitions: Rapidly and beautifully transform the department to match the changing seasons, moving from spring patio sets to autumn decor to winter holiday trees with flawless execution.
