Essential Responsibilities

• Precision Merchandising: Execute the most detailed stocking in the store. You will meticulously arrange thousands of cosmetics, vitamins, and personal care items onto specific peg hooks and modular shelves, ensuring labels face perfectly forward.
• Inventory Security: Maintain high vigilance. You will utilize locking peg hooks, security cases, and display glass to protect high-theft cosmetic and grooming items, assisting customers promptly when they require an item to be unlocked.
• Product Guidance: Provide polite, helpful assistance to customers searching for specific personal care brands, utilizing your handheld digital scanner to locate inventory in the backroom if the shelf is empty.
• Aisle Maintenance (Zoning): Constantly refine the visual appeal of the department. Small items easily become disorganized; you will spend significant time "zoning" the aisles to restore absolute visual perfection throughout your shift.
