Technical Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute rigorous, scheduled preventative maintenance on automated conveyor systems, hydraulic lifts, dock doors, and pneumatic sorting machinery to prevent unexpected downtime.
- Electro-Mechanical Diagnostics: Respond rapidly to equipment failures on the warehouse floor. You will troubleshoot complex 3-phase electrical systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and logic controllers to identify root causes.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the overall physical infrastructure of the Distribution Center remains safe and operational, including basic HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs.
- Safety & Lockout/Tagout: Maintain absolute, uncompromising adherence to all OSHA safety standards, specifically flawlessly executing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before servicing any industrial equipment.
